Karl's Ghanaian Stew with White Rice


  • 2 onions (diced)

  • Everyday seasoning (1 tablespoon)

  • Chilli powder (1/4 teaspoon)

  • Maggi Star Seasoning cubes (crushed, x3)

  • Maggi crayfish cube (crushed, x1)

  • Garlic powder (1.5 teaspoons)

  • Sardines (mashed, 3 tins)

  • Chopped tomatoes (2.5 tins)

  • Sweet corn (2.5 large tins)

  • White basmati rice


Sauté diced onions for 10 minutes, add everyday seasoning, garlic powder, Maggi star seasoning, Maggi crayfish seasoning, and chili powder. Sauté for 3 minutes. Add mashed sardines, chopped tomatoes, and sweetcorn. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring frequently. Serve with white rice.
